I've been playing General's Cry berserker this league, starting with Blade Flurry and transitioning into Shield Crush for extra defenses. I've noticed something funny about the PoB numbers - they all seem insane. Leveling I'm not great at rushing through the campaign but I used splitting steel. If you get the Titucius' Span shield, you can With mana reservation implicits, you can anoint disciple of the slaughter instead of charisma. Watchers Eye (Single Mod) is really the only item that may be expensive to work towards as a goal in the first week, but impale is pretty non-meta right now.
