PoE builds similar to POE 3.17 29-30 waves simulacrum champion aura stack spark

Good evening PoEBuilds, I have been farming like mad and finally made a champ sparker. I recently got its gear together, but something feels terrible off. The last time I made a spark character was back in Delirium league. I was wondering if anybody could throw me a bone and help and try to figure out what I am doing wrong. For one, I am not exactly sure how to get to 90% all res. I have been trying to get all the non-curse aura effect I can, and even rolled quite a few Brutal restraints trying to get double nodes. This isn't a finish build but just my take on the pretty obvious idea to use new valako with nebulis. Depending how desired valako flame / flesh is it might be the cheapest way since heist league to play a decent aura stacker. Can obviously be even cheaper as a chieftain but it feels pretty bad to only have 2 ascendancy nodes since everything else is completely useless if nothing changes. Or played as a berserker if you are a complete mad man. Sadly with the removal of old Ngamahu chieftain has really lost it's identity as a phys to fire caster and therefore i think spark is the obvious choi
