I'm tired of seeing build guides for Spectral Shield Throw that pad their damage with unreliable buffs or mirror-worthy gear. Here is a Spectral Shield Throw build that gets over 1 million damage with really cheap gear. While reaching that benchmark, it does not use: Awakened gems Corrupted gems or gear Cluster jewels Watcher's Eyes Anoints, catalysts, or enchants Charges unsustainable for boss fights Rage/Rampage Shocks You can add these things to the build once you're willing to start investing in it to really push your damage, but too many builds make extraordinar

TL;DR: Pastebin is here. I hit 44M DPS with 5.1k overleech per second on 7.9k health. 2,552 DEX and 1,546 STR total. Budget is certainly variable, but I dumped as much currency into this build as I could afford (est \~400-500ex). So this is a build i made since i wanted to put energy blade to use since it was introduced into the game. The core idea seems functional, but i stumbled upon some problems: 1-i move too slow 2- reappling shock and low shocks in bosses(leveling the gems might solve this though) The next upgrades are strightforward but ideas about the mechanics are welcome. &x200B;

Been wanting to do this build for the last league or so but could not think in a nice way to do it. Finally i reached a point where the build is functional and here it is for u guys. Stampede is incredible for cycloning around like a trainwreck, arc make clear feels butter smooth. A work in progress but feels really nice to play &x200B;
