0 button Bladefall of Thrarthus with crazy scaling potential (Phrecia)

I haven't made a build like this before (life stacking), so I am open to your thoughts.

The build uses the Runegraft of Witchmark to add a flat cost to Bladefall. Then we scale strength and life for a higher cost, crit, % dmg, and mana using the Foulborn Doon Cuebiyari sceptre.

We get a lot of flat damage from bog shaman (80% of life cost). Dissolution of flesh is needed so that life recharge can sustain our massive 46% life cost per second (need to test if this number is accurate, not sure how the mana cost interacts with life tap). I tried to include as much block as possible, and I have made sure to include immunity/unaffected for all damaging ailments.

The current gear is quite expensive, and possibly unrealistic for the event (watchers eye).

I want to look into abyssal jewel stacking with Lightpoacher (we don't use skills often, so sustaining charges is easy) using adorned possibly. There are also a couple different trees in the pob (without clusters)

What have I missed?

Budget estimate: 200-300 div The ascendancy changes were quite good for the build. This new pob has the changes included.

This version is more tanky (more life and block, but less chaos res), half the dps. I am confident I can get close to this version within a few days of sanctum.

One thing I didn't mention in the post is that the sceptre requires the "25% reduced Attribute Requirements" to go from mana per 12 strength to 9.
