PoE builds similar to [PoE 3.19] Sirus Meet Replica Nebuils Frostblink / Solid Fight, Great Defense (#pob)

This is the one build I played this league to 40/40. It was very fun and definitely kept me playing when I was on the fence. The PoB is of my current character. Typically I get to a point where it's "enough" to cruise through challenges and I stop prioritizing build investment, so I'm pretty confident it has room for improvement as-is (e.g. helmet w/-chaos res, watcher's eye, faster ignites synth staff, +3 corrupted chest), and definitely has room for improvement if you want to go more glass cannon. A few days ago, someone mentioned using frostblink as a main skill, and I believe quite a few people have toyed around with the idea... however, I wanted to share my dumb Frostblink Ignite Frostferno helm build for your viewing pleasure/harsh criticism. I want to preface this by saying I am not good at making builds and I haven't played for a few months. It's certainly not "finished", and who knows how easy/hard uniques are going to be to get. Original idea was to do CwC bodyswap (which this still can with a gem swap) but frostblink is also instant and might be tolerable with some reduced CDR. I tried to use reasonable week 1/2 items, but maybe overstepped in some places. Anyone ever played a build like this? I've been running Frostblink Ignite this league, using Dissolution of the Flesh. I've done some testing this weekend, and wanted to make a note of a couple of cool features of the jewel. POB: 1) Petrified Blood caps you at low life, and converts a portion of damage you take from hits into life loss over time. This life loss over time is not itself damage, and it turns out that PB's damage modifier happens before Dissolution's.
