Hey guys, had this crazy idea after seeing the new boot bases from Ritual where it gives you movement skill cooldown reduction.

Threw together this Trickster Frostblink Ignite build and I think its really got some potential. I've got a 6L Scorching Ray for single target which is somewhere around 1.2 million DPS so far and keeps going up. My gear is hot trash and the build still feels really nice.

With some optimized cluster jewels and good gear, this build could have some real wheels. You just clear all the trash instantly with Frostblink just zooping from pack to pack and then scorching ray on the bosses burns them down nice and fast.
