PoE builds similar to Creeping Frost Ascendant: Octo Omni Launcher

I'm following TriPolarBear Cold Dot Elementalist build, i'm clearing quite fast (i guess) even t16 maps. Problem is that sometimes i just got oneshotted and i don't know why, even in T12/14, so i keep losing xp and it's been more than a week now and i'm still at 93. Am i missing something crucial? Thanks for help!

AKA Creepy old man shotgunning with high quality COC. POB: Same concept as Jungroan's Crest of Desire Creeping Frost build last league, but with Dialla's Malefaction, we can go COC instead, for easier gameplay. We are also able to use Divergent Berserk with the new Kaom's gloves, which is just perfect for COC as you get much needed attack speed too. Uptime is decent and ES regen still works to sustain RF. Taking Jungroan build to the max. I am currently the highest dps on poeninja for Divergent Creeping Frost Deadeye. This is even without haste slotted in. That would put me over 250mil. However, I went with grace as this version is stable and not pob warrior as most other character on poe ninja. Some key changes: \- I run a rare helmet with reservation, I get eldritch battery through invocations on my sacred relic. \- Aspect of spider for better bossing and overall mapping. Only using 1 weapon, a dagger... to cast a spell, no offhand! That's funny isn't it? 4.5m DPS! I'm not sold yet since i'm not sure if clearing will feel nice with it, i'm still leveling the character, so far it's quite powerful What do you think? First time posting a build, looking for critiques on ways to improve it. Tried to use fairly basic gear to simulate. For 3.19. Core ideas, new 40% Mom+eldritch battery to solve mana and add a bit more tankiness and value to dual regen of inq. GMP to shotgun creeping frost. Daressos courage for 55% spell block/75 if blocked attacks recently. Things looking to gear for once it gets going- increased max fire res, get the last couple % left to cap suppression. curse on hit ring to free supports up for RF. Generally adding % increase

PoB: Currently have around 30-35 divs to upgrade, just not sure where to go from here, shield and ring maybe, but idk. Also is this good enough for ubers, or is it better to just spend the divs to reroll to some boss killer?
