The concept was to use the powerful shotgunning effect of Sire of Shards + Creeping Frost with trigger-bots at clicked location rather than melee range. My PoE Phd is in Archmage so my first attempt turned out pretty poor. I figured I'd just share this contraption so collaborative effort could tune this up.
