PoE builds similar to [3.14 POE] Raider - Blade blast bladefall (low Budget)

I like using hipster builds, and I like zooming, so here's a zoomy BFBB build. I think the gear is pretty attainable, and probably by level 92 you could get much better stuff overall. I've never built an evasion based character but I think it looks pretty tanky, maybe someone more experienced could shed more light on that. Am I trying too hard to make raider work for this skill combo? I just like having all the movement speed and I feel like the cast speed from raider is worth it considering its a two-button combo.

I have been trying to figure out if I want to make another character to try the self-chill berserker. I decided I wanted to try to make the build a spellcaster. It plays like BFBB, but with the insane movement and action speed from self-chill berserker. - 5k life, 2k ES and good damage w. block and duo-regen is the current strongpoints of the build. - It is a bit expensive with 6-link impulsa, but should make insane clearing with both Herald of Ash and shock proliferation. This is the build: PoB is without flasks and only 100 poisons applied recently. I think it is pretty unique and I am looking for some feedback/ideas. Would you do sth differently?
