PoE builds similar to Path of Exile 3.16 - INT Stacker - T16 Atoll + Jun farm

Hi Guys, I want to share my take on int stacking wander this league. The main difference is I am using raider, grace aura, and shaper's touch to reach 95% evasion and 100% spell suppression. This allowed me to play int stacking wander starting at 10-20 ex, instead of100 ex+. my current pob: my current poeninja: [

So I want to make a Int Stacker Wander that would poison using Volkuur's guidance (Lightning damage can poison) and "Lightning dmg per 10 Int" wand. I was wondering if it could work. I've made this preleminary PoB (VERY BASIC, JUST FILLER ITEMS AND TREE NOT FULLY FIGURED OUT YET) which seems to indicate that it could work. Now my question is, how hard/expensive is it to get 1k Int (I have no experience at all with Int Stacker)? My bugdet is about 30ex (maybe more if I liquidate my Storm Brand stuff).

Disclaimer: I am not claiming this build is good or great by any means but is something I really enjoy playing and wanted to share. I am also taking any advice to improve this char because I'm still learning and always changing this build around for more optimization. I used to play the game in beta but after release I quit until the last month of Ultimatum and all that time, I've always wanted to play a wander that is both good in damage and defenses without spending the currency needed for an int stacker. Example for an early endgame PoB for a KB/Power Siphon wander - Note: progressing this build through acts into this endgame well be complicated and I wouldn't recommend for new players. The build as shown can pretty easily kill base-level bosses (shaper, maven, elder, etc.) --- but I think it's going to be a good bit of damage short for uber bosses.
