PoE builds similar to 3.23 Dual Strike of Ambidexterity Juggernaut- Simulacrum wave 27-30
40 builds
I leaguestarted glacial hammer trauma with prenerf heatshiver in TOTA and wanted to do something similar. The basic idea is to get a lot of flat phys from Trauma support, then convert to cold for chill and double damage with Frostbreath which is bis bc you can't use Paradoxica with Trauma. Dual Strike of Ambidexterity has a big 70% more damage with mainhand and uses offhand attack time. So we use a 1.9aps axe offhand and some Quick and Deadly cluster notables (60% mainhand damage and 30% offhand aspd) to solve attack speed. Other than that it's fairly standard

The concept of this build is to stack Quick and Deadly note on cluster and megalomaniac to scale % increase and attack speed, Then take as much flat damage as possible from equipment and auras, Then use Omni to get penetration.
