PoE builds similar to [ POE 3.22 ] GAMEPLAY: Cold Vengeance Perma FREEZE every thing!

Here's my take on a meme Lycosidae counterattack Juggernaut build. Both Reckoning (R) and Vengeance (V) are in the same 6-link to synergize with Glancing Blows, so hits are blocked to trigger R, and some of the blocked damage is taken to trigger V. The main focus is on squeezing as much cold damage (Frostbreath, Lycosidae, Hrimburn, Mark of the Elder) and CD reduction (Flow Untethered, Shaper boots, alt quality) as possible. i had this idea i don't know if it is viable tho. the idea is to apply bone offering at full value so that i can heal +500 life on block, reaching 75% attack block / 68% spell block via glancing blows while using a 2handed axe, and use scold's bridle to self hit me while channeling cyclone, so that i can keep on triggering vengueance. I wanted to see how much damage I could get out of resolute technique and shield crush. I totally forgot about invocations until last night and realized I could put precise technique on my shitty cold resistance relic. I swapped a bottle faith in and went from 30 mil to 45 mil. This pob has my old shield in it as well which is more reasonable to get. Synth colossal shield bases arent common. This drops dps to 38 mil with a 2600 def shield.
