Build Premise:

I have a steam deck/ I hate pushing many buttons. I like to make builds that use funny interactions and can be played casually up to and including t16.

The tincture effect for %attack damage per spell cast in the last 8 seconds and melee strike range are really powerful if you have no flasks. I thought: What if I could make vengeance fullscreen?

Offence:

If I focus just on phys damage, I'm at about 10m base dps when I'm sitting still. I'm currently at 7m base dps, that grows crazy large as I get headhunter auras. Headhunter is the cheapest it's ever been this league; it's definitely the league to go for one. You will hit the entire screen every second or so and just about one-shot everything that isn't a juiced up boss.

Defense:

Kinda squishy, it's no juggernaut or aegis aurora build. You do crazy large hits, and you will clear screens on even the poor boy POB, but with a headhunter, if you get a rare or two you can go ham on just about anything. Ultimatum is actually decently easy, the rate of rare spawns (and the mod that gives them 2 extra modifiers, basically means you can sit in one spot, hold down unearth, and just nuke the screen every second.

Final Thoughts: I played the Frenzy CI Tricskter build someone put into this reddit and it was a blast. It helped me farm up enough to get started on this build, and now I've blinged it to heck and back and I'm just having a blast.
