I like to play shield crush and for some reason don't like to play crit. Last league I got shield crush to 45 mil precise technique DPS with a 2900 defense shield. Crucible trees made we want to see how far I could get it. This build is a little different than last league. Last league I used a Iron Reflexes impossible escape and a storm shroud. I was using the impossible escape to be able to annoint charisma and keep panopticon. After totem explode took off, the impossible escape became quite expensive for how little play time I have. So i found a new way to get the needed RMR and keep panopticon. This required me to get drop storm shroud so I had to find a new way to get ailment immune. Here is price break down of gear which is all self crafted except for uniques and base jewels:

Helmet 25 chaos base plus 100 c in deaf essence loathing

Amulet - 10 div total crafting process, I self farmed juice, 6 div in juice if buyin

Chest - alts and 3 awakener orbs to hit an open prefix with no life or 80+ life and a 30+ res roll

shield - 2.5 div to make tree, 4 div in dense fossils and resonators. rolled 4684 when i hit triple t1. I saw a 4700 plus shield on trade and decided to divine mine for 4700. This was completely unnecessary so I wont include in cost of build as it was only 1.3% dps difference. I blew 13 divines.

boots - 50 c base - random shrieking essences i had in stash. 3 eldritch chaos

gloves - 60c

belt - 2 div

amethyst ring - 24 c in catalyst and maybe a div in juice

circle of guilt - 3 c, this maybe was a deal but its low rolls

weapon - 100 c to make tree. 2 divs in def essence

phys cluster 1 div

shield cluster - i made with harvest reforge with any purple juice i farmed. 4 div to buy

rmr cluster - 10c some alts regals scours and an exalt. no idea if this was lucky but it took me like 5 mins to make.

total price under 35 divine.

The accuracy on ring doesnt need to be on ring. it can be anywhere you just need a little bit to make precise technique work.

This build caps impale without an impale chance watchers eye because impale additional hits plus impale chance is expensive, has 50/50 block and 79/79/79/75 res and 82k armour. You can swap out the quicksilver for a bottled faith and hit 80 million dps.
