PoE builds similar to PoE 3.13 - The Lone Wanderer #2 : Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels

Disclaimer: I am not claiming this build is good or great by any means but is something I really enjoy playing and wanted to share. I am also taking any advice to improve this char because I'm still learning and always changing this build around for more optimization. So I want to make a Int Stacker Wander that would poison using Volkuur's guidance (Lightning damage can poison) and "Lightning dmg per 10 Int" wand. I was wondering if it could work. I've made this preleminary PoB (VERY BASIC, JUST FILLER ITEMS AND TREE NOT FULLY FIGURED OUT YET) which seems to indicate that it could work. Now my question is, how hard/expensive is it to get 1k Int (I have no experience at all with Int Stacker)? My bugdet is about 30ex (maybe more if I liquidate my Storm Brand stuff).

Example for an early endgame PoB for a KB/Power Siphon wander - Note: progressing this build through acts into this endgame well be complicated and I wouldn't recommend for new players. Hello, I was planning a build around Dissolution of the Flesh, the high hp it was giving, in combinaison to rathpith globes and its futur buff. You can get a fairly high amount of spell damage for almost free, and I though of using that in an attack build. Basically, the build is composed of the following: \-Really high hp build, buffed by Dissolution of the flesh (10K hp) \- Since Dissolution is not made for being in the melee, you use a ranged weapon. TL;DR: Rolled a Trickster Trinity wander with some lucky SSF drops (Mind of the Council + Cloak of Defiance + Call of the Brotherhood); looking for pointers as to next steps to take this to full endgame.
