Whisperer League Start Plan for the Return of the Ancestors Event

This is a showcase of a Pob where I go over what I probably will be league Starting.

I go over the in my opinion two Skill Options for the Wildspeaker. Firstly I explain the two skills Power Siphon and Frenzy. And later on I show the PoB for the Frenzy setup and also quickly explain the Power Siphon Setup
