PoE builds similar to POE 3.18 | Uber Boss Killer Self-Cast Cold Reap Inquisitor Build Guide | Start As Low Budget

Hey guys - could use some advice on my cold reap inquisitor. Build is feeling kinda clunky as is. I just switched to the 12 passive cluster which helped a bit with clunkyness. I could use some general pointers on what to do next in terms of upgrades. Mageblood is kinda out of the question for now (had 1 apothecary that I tried to harvest gamble, guess where that went lol) - so kinda want to make the build work and be tanky and fast without it. I've build the guy so far being capped on spell suppression, but not really sure if im sacrificing too much going to the right side of the tree. Loo

Last time around I had posted my self-cast Eye of Winter Occy in 3.16 (which can be found here) and had people enjoying it and taking the ideas and concepts to levels not even I thought of. This time I'm taking a step back from that and playing something I had wanted to do all the way back in Ultimatum, which is Cold convert Reap! ============ Levelling ============ Level this build with Arma Brand / Crema ============ League Start ============ Swap once you feel like you have enough gear. You require Hrimsorrow and an Alternating Sceptre I think you should wait until you have Light of Lunaris too. If Awakened Spell Cascade is cheap run that ASAP as it is a 33% dps increase. ============ Mid Game ============ The goal in mid game is to cap spell supress, replace hrimsorrow and keep 100% phys to cold. I've been theorycrafting this Chaos Reap Pathfinder. Never played Reap before and not seen anyone do this so have no reference. I'm wondering if this in general is just a bad idea or if I'm missing some very strong tech. I think the life regen is way too low to sustain Reap but struggling to push it higher. The dps is a bit too low for me for this budget, unless Reap overlaps and I'd consistently be hitting each target with 2-3 Reaps and thus putting the dps in the 15-20m dps range. Went with Pathfinder both because of the crazy Withered buff and want to experiment with some flask tech, but no
