Hello, this is a high-end build that I've been min-maxing for the past couple weeks. The build is almost in its final form, so wanted to share it with you.
Current PoB: https://pastebin.com/nby3axUe
This is a self-cast cold Reap that uses Leadership's Price to inflict maxed Scorch, Brittle and Sap on everything, including endgame bosses such as wave 30 Kosis.
The build has really good single-target, 37m DPS, thanks to max Brittle/Scorch, Blood charge scaling, and 3 overlaps (can be 4 with perfect positioning). The clearspeed is good, but can feel funky at times due to Reap's weird blind spot.
Defensively, the build is frankly ridiculous. Its tankier than my previous build, and significantly tankier than most aura-stackers / armour-stackers out there.
Generic defence layers:
- Big HP pool: 8.7k (note that I'm only lv 98, should gain another ~400hp by lv 100)
- 3.8k net regen after RF degen. Some of this regen does go towards paying Reap's life cost.
- 10k Molten Shell and 15k Vaal Molten Shell.
- 100% Spell Suppression.
- 20% Sap on everything, which is effectively a 25% more EHP multiplier and further makes armour stronger.
- Immune to std. ailments, CB, Maim, Hinder, and almost immune to curses (85%). Immune to stuns if killed recently.
Phys defence layers:
- 50k armour.
- A whopping 30% flat PDR + some extra from pantheon.
- 23% phys taken as elemental (with Taste of Hate on).
- Together with Sap, this means that build is at 90% PDR cap even for huge hits of 15k phys. If I had armour alone, I'd need ~400k armour to achieve this.
Elemental defence layers:
- 90% all maxres.
- 2-3 elemental flasks with mageblood for 20-39% reduced dmg taken of that element.
- Enemies deal 8% less ele dmg from Inquis ascendancy.
