I started building a new league starter (hopefully no balance changes to SC) and think that I have a pretty refined idea for budget Shield Crush utilizing some cheap uniques. Watchers Eye (Single Mod) is really the only item that may be expensive to work towards as a goal in the first week, but impale is pretty non-meta right now. This is my first attempt at creating a build from scratch (3,479 hours played First PoB from scratch, still very much a noob but I gotta start somewhere). I started with 2 items, the Brass Dome + Replica Dream Feather, and the Jugg ascendancy that doubles armour. My goal was to build damage through stacking armour.
