Shield Crush Wildspeaker | Phrecia League Start | PoE1 | BUFFED!

I played Shield Crush Wildspeaker in the original Phrecia league and cleared all content with it, and for this round it just got buffed. So let's go again :D This build is one of the strongest, fastest and cheapest early league builds which can run t17s as early as day 2.

Buffs: +50% Tailwind Effect (Greatwolf's Call) 100 Dexterity (Scourge of the Wilds))
