PoE builds similar to (POE 3.17) Build Challenge Showcase: Charged Dash

Hello all, I've been tinkering with a (rough) charged dash raider with somewhat alternative defenses (for softcore). I'd like some additional inputs :) ! Mostly on the defense side of thing, but damage scaling is also welcome ! The pobbin link : The idea is to try and avoid using grace/determination/defiance banner (because I've already done that, I like changing stuff!) . Instead I plan on using buffed flesh and stone (blind+reduced damage), reduced accuracy rating from dread banner, buffed arctic armor and enfeeble. Going raide

I have made a Charged Dash build, here is the PoB link: I am pretty new to making my own builds, so I have probably made a lot of rookie mistakes. Some points: PoB settings have been set to deal damage against Shaper/Guardian; only two utility flasks are also selected as "on" I have tried to just pick average-ish gear, nothing special; I have a good sense of how to modify the rares to make them better, but I am a bit lost as to which uniques would be nice I am not really sure how much damage is needed to kill Shaper. So I'm attempting to make something interesting with a charged dash raider. I have a very very rough pob setup that is not meant to look complete. A few questions I have: Would the Avatar of Slaughter route + getting more frenzy charges be better than taking Avatar of the Veil? I don't know how the POB deals with the exposure. I kind of like the Avatar of the Veil phasing route since it gives more defenses but at the same time the phasing may not be all that useful while using charged dash. Hi I play a raider white wind Reave build and I’ve recently added the new heat shiver to the build and now want to add the admiral cause it seems like a funky and cool mechanic that can dish out a bunch of damage. Problem is POB doesn’t quite calculate the admiral I think and since I deal cold/fire dmg, I want to reduce enemy light res. 1. Any other sources of -light res besides raider exposure and curses? 2. Is my assessment of how the admiral works correct or is there something im missing? 3. Any other tips or stuff I should know or test? Build for referenc
