Charge Dash Raider 3.15 - My Next Build - Meme?

Path of Exile 3.15 Expedition League 3.15 Charge Dash Raider

This is the next character I am working on. I wanted to build an explosive arrow build but I was bored of it by level 75 so decided to try something a bit different

The build has about 1/10th of the DPS the end game version should have. I am still levelling the character and in yellow maps at the moment

It is a lot of fun. I am unsure how to solve single target as the skill is very awkward to use on bosses. The idea is to have enough DPS for Map bosses and then swap to blade flurry for Conq/Sirus/Maven etc... I think we might have to make this build tanky as do not see how we can get above 2.5 mil - 3 mil burst boss DPS.

Gear and gems are a mess at preset but current pob and what I am aiming for are below. There is lots of tweaking to be done as at the moment: gems, tree and set up are similar to lightning strike raider which might not be ideal
