Hey everyone,

I'm currently leveling a Raider to play some Cold Flicker with White Wind + Nightblade Elusive stacking.Wanted to have some people take a look at the PoB (the items are all already crafted and available since I wanted to play an Omniscience build anyway) to figure out some possible problems.

So right now I have:

• 4.3k Life
• Ailment immunity
• Spell Suppression
• 48000 Armour unbuffed/74.6k with everything up
• 2 Million DPS while clearing with Flasks up | 4.6 Million Burst with all Buffs

Plan for the character is to just chain farm T16 Toxic Sewers.

Questions that I initially have:

• Frenzy sustain: Is Flicker + Raider enough? Right now I'm also using the Mark mastery for 10% chance, can I drop this for Mark Effect? How are your experiences with Frenzy sustain?
• Chaos damage: I don't have a lot of Chaos Resistance, how bad is this going to affect me when clearing T16? Toxic Sewer boss does Chaos damage if I remember correctly. I could take the Res wheel to One with Evil, worth it?
• Life Regen: while I do obviously have leech I barely have any Regen, are DoTs just going to completely destroy me? I don't have the experience with Flicker to judge how bad ground degens are going to be. Not sure how to fit in more regen though.
• Mark on Hit or self casting: Since I want to just clear maps I'm using Mark on Hit at the moment to help with some rares that'll mix themselves in (so I don't have to stop and cast it manually on them). Without Mark my DPS while clearing drops to 2.4 Million. Would that be enough for some decently juicy maps (no Delirium, think Shrines, Strongboxes, Harby, Beyond)? If yes I can manually cast it for bosses to also get some Power Charges on Hit, that would also free up some mana so that I could potentially either replace Inspiration or Replica Conquerors Efficiency.
• I read that Claw + Shield with Elusive would just automatically be more damage, but even if I PoB a really good Claw + Shield and swap some nodes I don't get the damage I'm getting now. What am I doing wrong there? Very high end would obviously be a Shaco with Ice Bite + Paradoxica, but that's quite out of my price.
