PoB: Tldr; The build uses MoM and mana as the main mechanics. Defenses include Petrified Blood, recoup and block. By stacking Megalomaniacs, the build achieves high mana regen. I tried to explain the mechanics used but the post isn't a complete so don't hesitate if you have any questions.
The concept of this build is to stack Quick and Deadly note on cluster and megalomaniac to scale % increase and attack speed, Then take as much flat damage as possible from equipment and auras, Then use Omni to get penetration. I think this is probably the most efficient way to play around with this skill. &x200B; POB : Character does about 125M DPS with some okayish defense (4200 HP and 4200 leech per second / 37000 evasion / 92% suppression / 50% chaos res / 30% less damage taken with leech and fortify / 100% chance to avoid el
