The Perfect "Budget" Non-impale Cyclone (AOE + DPS + DEF) *MULTI-MIRRORoaire build showcase

Hey guys, this will probably be my last build before i quit the league, so i've dumped in all of my team's currencies into this beast. This build is balanced out with DPS, Huge AOE and good def, could easily clear delirium content.
