PoE Inquisitor, Smite builds

For one of my last efforts for the league I would like to put together a list of builds that succeed in Sanctum. I plan on playing 7 or 8 builds starting at level 92. So far I have played crit spark inquis, poison spark PF, and poison SRS necro. The necro and PF felt similar to me, I'd give them both a 7/10. The Spark inquis was a 8/10, would be a 10/10 but can get 1 shot by random rares/uniques and requires at least a 2 flask Mageblood. I was very fortunate to be gifted a Mageblood. My Inquisitor power level shot way up, but still has a very long way to go to my goal if no-hit Sanctum runs. I have an excellent Relic (stolen from my main char) which helps a lot with the auras. I've got clusters set up for aura stacking, and about 6 Divines worth saved up. I'm hoping for input on what I should improve next. I think my gloves are in a good spot, and clusters are pretty close. But I'm not sure where to focus next. Some ideas: 1) Swap in a 2nd Snowstorm Cluster, about 4% improvement 2) Buy/Craft a better +3 Spark helmet

I'm playing a Spark Inquisitor in a small private league. My goal is to build towards no-hit Sanctum runs. I have been looking at cluster builds for achieving high speed & duration projectiles for clearing Sanctum around corners. Naturally this also requires clearing T14/16 maps. But my overall damage is very low, projected 360K DPS at level 90. The top builds on PoeNinja are many millions of DPS, and they are all heavily aura-stacking. Don't hate it's my 1st attempt at a build. 3,888,413 DPS for Frozen Sweep x 11 statues = 42,772,543 Thinking about switching up and using totems instead of Smite for Sanctum Runs. Anyways let me know what ya think.
