PoE Witch, Chaining builds

Folks, I have hit a brick wall, unable to do increase damage or survivability any further. Unable to complete red-rare and corrupted map bosses. Either I get one shot as soon as I enter arena or the boss regens more health than my dps. or (lizzandrass) Would love a review/roast of the build and any ways to improve. They capped negative resistance at 200% but resistance penetration is a different calculation AFAIK. What if we stack Omniscience through the nose and used Mjolnir to deliver Arc? To that end, I made a tree which is as long as possible so that the Split Personality jewels at the very end deliver a real lot of Omniscience. So some of you may have noticed that i have been pushing arc ignite alot in this sub, and now i have some results. Keep in mind i have never killed endgame bosses before, but i think thatll change by next week. Got really lucky, martyr fused in 50 fus and atziri in 16 fus. there goes my rng for the league. Red maps are still a breeze, 1 button to clear multiple screens dependent on mob layout, bosses are also easy as long as they are single phase, vaal arc usually nukes them. I like these short-format events for testing build ideas or trying out certain builds/skills I don't want to devote a full league to. With the massive number of uniques that were dropping, Atlas Invasion was the perfect opportunity to try out an idea that I have had for a while, and it exceeded my expectations. I felt it was worth sharing both because I think it has some potential, I think it's interesting, it may inspire others to explore the possibilities with this sword, and I know a lot of folks like to complain about the lack of build variety.
