Ignite Vaal Arc / Tempest Shield build guide - Path of Exile (3.16 Scourge)

Using Vaal Arc with ignites for some very satisfying clearing speed. While Tempest Shield helps to deal with enemies passively and also does big ignites on bosses. Very cheap to start and can carry you easily to red tier maps and higher.
