PoE Freedom of Movement, Lightning builds

This is a non-optimmized PoB regading the following build guide: (I'm looking for feedback for this guide! So if you happen to take a shot, please let me know how your experience was (you can find a link to a reddit post at the bottom of the Google Doc)

(sorry, that's already 3.19 trees I recreated the main tree in 3.18 1. Why this post? Because most guides do not focus on the peculiar problems arising from doing this just a few hours into the league. 1. Why not Toxic Rain? I tried but we are doing roughly three overlapping TR pods worth of damage and it's hard to guarantee there'll be that much or more for TR. I thought I would try my hand making my own build from scratch. I recently read that the channeling on Storm Burst can continue even through the use of instant spells - something I didn't know before this week! That means Frostblink can be used for movement even while channeling Storm Burst. I also opted to go with 100% spell suppression and high evasion for defensive layers. Eventually I will plan on picking up 30% Elemental Ailment Avoidance which will give me 100% avoidance. Anyhow, here is my build.

PoB: Why Raider? Haven't played her before. 20% Exposure. Great avoidance defenses including high evasion (with damage reduction from Wind Dancer), Dodge capping is doable, move speed for mechanics dodging, Phasing + Ailment Immunity, what's not to love? Why Brands (why Penance)? Because I love the play style. I've played 3/5 Brands with Penance and Arcanist left to go. I want to do cold conversion because then I can hopefully leverage Taste of Hate, one of my favorite flasks in the game for its damage and survivability boo
