PoE Replica Farrul's Fur, Lightning builds without Ralakesh's Impatience

I have been playing Wild Strike in the past and always had a blast. This league i want to give it another go with this build i made. I was prety shocked by the Voidforge prices though, so i guess i won't leaguestart with this. I'm unsure whether i should go with Grace or Determination. I also don't really know what other skills i should use so i made a CWDT Blade Vortex thingy to create power charges. Feel free to give me some suggestions

Hi there! Taking profit of the new crucible tree I’ve decided to squeeze a well rounded discharge build taking both damage and defenses to the maximum reaching 14 power, frenzy and endurance charges. I don’t use the ralakesh glitch boots, I generate endurance and frenzy charges with aspect of the cat and power with storm brand. The uptime is almost permanent. Hi all, I have made a very expensive piece of dirt; The character is not assembled, I have the replica Farrul's, forbidden set, and the 93 champion for the build. I have 20 ex for the transition, the synthesized rings are mostly for show. Any ideas on improvement? Or should I scrap it? Also, I did not know what to do for the CoC discharge setup, any ideas to improvement very welcome!
