PoE Replica Farrul's Fur, Cold builds without Ralakesh's Impatience

I have been playing Wild Strike in the past and always had a blast. This league i want to give it another go with this build i made. I was prety shocked by the Voidforge prices though, so i guess i won't leaguestart with this. I'm unsure whether i should go with Grace or Determination. I also don't really know what other skills i should use so i made a CWDT Blade Vortex thingy to create power charges. Feel free to give me some suggestions

Hi there! Taking profit of the new crucible tree I’ve decided to squeeze a well rounded discharge build taking both damage and defenses to the maximum reaching 14 power, frenzy and endurance charges. I don’t use the ralakesh glitch boots, I generate endurance and frenzy charges with aspect of the cat and power with storm brand. The uptime is almost permanent. I built this because I wanted to build around fatal flourish and perma-freeze sanctum (Southbound is a little better for freeze and mapping, hotht gloves for dps bosses). I just gambled away most of my currency and failed my no-hit run to a degen that occurred after I killed the sanctum boss floor 2 :( after doing many flawless practice runs... so I'm kind of feeling done with the league but wanted to share.

POB: This Char is utilizing Oblivion Barb - Synthesized Fancy Foil, the Dexstacking Explody Sword I crafted a couple days ago and was mainly meant to work around it. I am still working on the Character, I was testing around with Replica Farruls that I borrowed from my Flicker Raider, it gives a lot of tankyness. Level is still quite low so 2 extra frenzies could be added. Also +1 or +2 rings, %dex rings or intimidate ring could add lots of damage. This Character is mainly made to make "Oblivion Barb - Synthesized Fancy Foil"

Hi all, I have made a very expensive piece of dirt; The character is not assembled, I have the replica Farrul's, forbidden set, and the 93 champion for the build. I have 20 ex for the transition, the synthesized rings are mostly for show. Any ideas on improvement? Or should I scrap it? Also, I did not know what to do for the CoC discharge setup, any ideas to improvement very welcome!
