Hi, I have been looking to make a Discharge build with close to 0 cooldown using Endless Misery and Replica Farrul's (with tons of reduced duration). If I sell some gear, I'll have around 150div budget. Is this enough to make this build? Can someone give guidance on what gear I can go for? Thanks!
