As far as I can tell, fanaticism is clunky and sucks... but the new manabond skill got me thinking that maybe it could be spammed to high heaven using fanatacism. The general premise is that you would play a character with like 10,000 mana and get 1500 base lightning for manabond when all your mana is gone and you use the skill. Hello again everyone. So after being mostly finished with both Ele Hit and SA I decided to sell off some of my Ele Hit gear and fund this. The core of the build is basically just scaling flasks and some mana on top. I stack around 100% increased flask effect so Bottled Faith gives me +4% base crit, then I get 2% base crit from Kalisa's Grace, a lot of increased crit from flask crit craft, bunch of attack speed from flask craft as well.
