Ahem. Cold-fire conversion Ascendant showcased here using Shockwave Totem coupled with Astral Projector to make the shockwaves cast-on-target. The end result is AOE attacking totems which hit instantly throughout a massive range. Particularly, the instant-hit nature yields extremely high efficiency in conjunction with totem autotargeting, as the totems never waste hits by attacking the same targets (as with projectiles).

Scion-Ascendant is chosen for both Hierophant's +1 totems and Chieftain's Ash more-multiplier and totem-leech. Being a Scion also gives efficient access to central keystones (Supreme Ego). Totem leech combined with Immortal Ambition via Soul Tether provides solid sustain and a Doryani Vanity enables a decently sized hitpool. Decent block through Glancing Blows with a life- or es-on-block (or both) shield helps extend EHP.

Damage is scaled largely through phys-to-cold conversion (Hrimsorrow, Hatred-conversion Watcher's Eye) plus Supreme Ego'd Hatred cluster stacking, alongside crit and gem levels on gear.
