PoE 3.23 Affliction, 3.24 Necropolis Marauder builds

It seems it would be a fun gimmick build. I saw a build of this on reddit, but it was outdated for 3.17. So I started with Cleave of Rage until I had enough currency to get set up to run this. CHAIN HOOK My gear is total dogwater and I've spent less than 40c altogether. All I did was slot out Cleave and sub in Chain Hook/Rage Vortex of Berserking. I'm only in yellows but progressing steadily, chain hook lets you zip around easily and RV/Berserk is plenty of DPS so far. I hate bossing just comfy mapping. Surprising after the swap I was faster than my Cleave build Any advice on how to keep progressing the build? So far I am just building like the other cleave builds
