Good nebulis is around 1ex Shield is around 1-2ex. These aren't too common on market. Focus on Spell suppression and +1 totems. CAn use harvest to change max res!! get Galesight with corruption - 80C-1ex Amulet was 2ex. I hit with redeemer orb which got me almost nothing. Enchant is another 0.5ex or so. You can probbaly get something close for cheaper. Skin of the Lords with: Lethe Shade, Iron Will, Iron Reflexes, Ancestral Bond, Divine Shield - all of those are good. I like Lethe Shade the best. 80C Gloves - make sure you have open prefix. should be ~1ex Belt - should be around 100c or less.

Hey guys, Recently came across the synergy between heatshiver and alt qual Ice trap and distilled 2 potential paths. One would be grace, one would be determination, both together would result in a major DPS loss which I wouldnt want personally on this character. I kinda made this build on my own, it kills 5/7 ubers (exarch too hard, awakener haven't tried). I have ralakesh's impatience in my inventory and double tap it to get max charges instantly in pinnacle boss fights, since the ramp is pretty painful otherwise. Once you get to max you sustain with pcoc though. Since the other dude is asking for more PoB, here is a tentative Lightning Conduit Elementalist. I looked at the other lightning conduit PoB and found it extremely lacking. Insane custom multiplier from everywhere, a shock calculated on the basis you have already a 100% shock on the target which it obviously won't, a need to alternate between lightning arrow and lightning conduit, an idea that using voltaxic make the build reach "a much high ceiling" while you are basically giving up weapons and ends up with a spell doing 40% lightning 60% chaos (very fun to scale the resists after that), etc

POB: Edit: Perhaps I should make it clear, this is a theorycraft, not a fully tested build. There are likely things that need to be adjusted. But I hope it can serve as template to make Forbidden Rite builds Using Olroth's Resolve for infinite Ward with The Traitor and other sources of passive charge gain like Ward Loop builds. This allows Forbidden Rite to be cast with Life without taking damage but still giving recoup.
