PoE Blazing Salvo, Lancing Steel of Spraying builds

Mageblood is a very desirable item right now but for poor and time limited people like myself, there is no way I could get one. Fortunately, autoflasking is still and thing and appears to be even easier than what I've read in old posts about the subject. This does not require Scion/Pathfinder or flask nodes. It just so happens that I am a Scion. I shoe-horned it in, so it isn't well planned but it worked quite easily. Hey! Really wanted to make a tanky build that could either stand in Sirus Storm or tank the Memory Game without Molten Shell. Out of 4 characters I had leveled and tried, this one had the best survivability and damage. Sadly, Immortal call is still required. This is SC Kalandra league, normal Maven, playing CoC Inquisitor with 15k ES, 3.6k regen. Didn't spend much, as I never had more than 10 divines this league. So every piece of gear was about a divine each. Yes, cyclone is a better CoC skill, but I hate cyclone with passion.

I'm running a Blazing Salvo RF Inquisitor. I can do most Red's but sometimes they can be a real struggle against the map boss (T15/T16). I'm trying to finish off my atlas and the Searing Exarch keeps kicking my ass. I do have a "budget" in a sense so big dollar items aren't probable. I appreciate all input!
