PoE Duelist, League Starter, Cold builds with custom stat filters

Hi all, I league started with Champion Elemental Hit and took it as far as I could go with the limited knowledge I have with crafting and mechanics. I went with lightning conversion and Doryani's prototype as well as Quill Rain which has been great but the damage has now fallen off quite a bit and I was wondering if there something I can do to make this build go any farther so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I have been playing Wild Strike in the past and always had a blast. This league i want to give it another go with this build i made. I was prety shocked by the Voidforge prices though, so i guess i won't leaguestart with this. I'm unsure whether i should go with Grace or Determination. I also don't really know what other skills i should use so i made a CWDT Blade Vortex thingy to create power charges. Feel free to give me some suggestions

I started playing poe quite a while ago. My first few chars didn't get past acts. The first char that I really brought to end game was a frost blades champion way back in bestiary league. With the new stuff we've seen these past leagues, I think the skill plays quite differently than how it did before, and I do too. I'd like to try out the new amulet + loreweave interaction, if it isn't too expensive. End game, I'd like to see if the new ring will be as OP as it sounds. Even if it isn't, I'll still have a fallback as I've never played eternity shroud + heatshiver which should be great. Howev
