ACT 1 After doing the Mercy Misson quest The one with the Medicine Chest you will get the Ancestral Call Gem this is important it makes hitting with Frost Blades Much easier and almost doubles your clear speed ITEM UPGRADES IN ACT 1 Iron Rings get 2 if you can Rustic Sash Movement Speed Boots if you find it on vendor/drop From the Breaking Some Eggs quest you will get Dash After you kill the Dweller of the deep you will get an essence! just slap it on the highest level base you can buy from the vendor it doesn't matter if its 1 handed axe/sword/dagger/claw but get something with high attacks per second if available 3 Link - G-R-R or G-G-R If you find G-R-R link then Frost Blades - Ancestral Call - Added Fire if you find G-G-R link then Frost Blades - Ancestral Call - Added Cold or Faster Attacks | Faster Attacks might be a little less damage but it makes the skill feel much smoother ACT 2 Bandits Help Alira kill the rest Here you will eventually get Herald of Ash from quest reward and Herald of Ice and Blood Rage you can buy from the gem vendor ITEM UPGRADES IN ACT 2 incase you get lucky and drop a Chaos Orb you can consider buying the Carnage Heart Onyx Amulet from trade it will help a lot with Attributes all res life leech damage and everything but it might also be more than 1 Chaos NOTE: any normal weapon that you trade at the vendor with a Blacksmith's Wheatstone and a Rustic Sash belt you will get % increased Physical damage on it the higher the belt rarity ex Magic/Rare the higher the tier of the %increase ACT 3 After you get the Attack Mastery: Strike skills target an additional nearby enemy you will replace Ancestral Call gem if you went on the 3 Link with Faster Attacks than you replace Ancestral Call with Elemental Dmage With Attacks From here you will have to start looking for a 4-Link G-G-R-R item it doesn't really matter what slot it can be gloves/helm whatever 4-Link Frost Blades - Added Cold - Added Fire Damage - Elemental Damage With Attacks or Frost Blades - Faster Attacks - Ruthless - Elemental Damage With Attacks G-G-G-R is also good Frost Blades - Faster Attacks - Added Cold - EDWA you can mix and match with any combination any 4 link is better than any 3 link. ITEM UPGRADES from here onwards Rare's are your best friend especially boots with movement speed the higher the better and of course the WEAPONS After first Lab Choose Slayer and take Bane of Legends ACT 4 In act 4 we replace Added Fire damage with Multistrike if by this time if you have mana problems you can replace Elemental Damage With Attacks with inspiration (maybe you need to buy it from trade) most likely 1 alchmey orb ACT 6 onwards you can buy gems from lilly If you have accuracy problems get Precision Be sure to level it up untill you have enough mana for at least 2 frost blades casts if you have problems with single target DPS then buy Elemental Weakness from lilly in act 6 and cast them manually on the boss Maybe check if you can buy any cheap 5-Link you might also be able to craft one with the genessis tree
