PoE Blazing Salvo, Mapping builds

Hey all - first time creating my own build, wondering if anyone has any helpful suggestions to make it better! Original idea for the build comes from Zlayge's HCSSF build, which dips down to the bottom-left of the passive tree to get more armor and health and stuff, as well as balance out the stats for Leadership's Price. Apparently guys have done HC Ubers with that set-up, but since I'm playing soft-core trade, I wanted to see what I could come up with sticking to the right side of the tree with the goal of using the character as a league-starter, with potential to scale up to whatever. So for the people that don't know, certain mines, such as Pyroclasp and Icicle mine, the former gives a decent chunk of fire damage based on how many mines are near an enemy, while the last one gives crit chance up to 500%. So what's the deal, well, Sabo has 150% Aura effect of mines on the ascendancy, the tree offer 30%, the alt quality pyroclasp gives 20%, Ashes boost it to 50%, for a total of 230% Aura Effect. I'm running a Blazing Salvo RF Inquisitor. I can do most Red's but sometimes they can be a real struggle against the map boss (T15/T16). I'm trying to finish off my atlas and the Searing Exarch keeps kicking my ass. I do have a "budget" in a sense so big dollar items aren't probable. I appreciate all input! I know this looks like a meme build, but damn are there rarely league start VIABLE meme builds. With the new Ralekesh's impatience boots we gain minimum charges instantly when stationary and hopefully the buffed arctic armour can do something now. In all seriousness this almost all cheap or currency farmable in white maps unique items and twink rare gear, super basic jewels and cheap watchers eye with plenty of room for upgrades for much later. Pretty good i think for 3 mill dps on pinnacle bosses and its a 1 button build to boo
