PoE SSF builds with custom stat filters

Gearing notes: - Tincture: Lightning Pen and Melee Strike range. They're not terribly expensive, and my perfect rolled on cost me 1 div. I like to prioritize the range over the pen, because I like hitting monsters from the other side of rivers. Might be able strike range out for splash, or rage on hit, and get more damage, but then you'd probably be running different tinctures for different content, and I just want to be lazy. - Helm: Anything ES here. Crown of Thorns is a nice starter. Get resistance, get something better than what I have. - Weapon

SO. im a bit stupid, and im sure some of these decisions are stupid, i have a few glaring issues, but to preface, im working on finding a jewel to cap my cold res, and im aware my anoint is for dual wield, the build guide from kobe i was following suggested dual wield would be ideal with this anoint but as soon as i go dual wield i turn into a feather, i have 0 defence and just cant progress when im that weak, as fun as the damage is its not worth dropping this shield which has become crucial for my survivability and a bit of a crut

This league was by far my most successful. I started out as poison seismic sabo and had a great time. The dps was lackluster for endgame so instead of dumping loads of currency I built a CoC Ice Spear Occultist. That character deleted bosses, especially Lycia; the downside was how squishy it was. I had trouble doing invitations and if I wasn't on point with my timing certain pinnacles would make me use a portal. Not the end of the world, but I HATE dying. So I farmed a ton with a(n) RF jugg (made maps so trivial and since you never die you just zip through everything). That got old and I misse

With all the flak 3.19 got, i wanted to share my experience of it, from a casual, 5-15 hours per week point of view. Builds i played were quite meta, but with probably less effort put on them than average player. The gear does reflect it, but there are couple items i got very lucky, and happy with. Probably pretty average result you might get given the same amount of time played. Gearing was quite tough early on, as before the soft nerf on arch-nem crafting was almost non-existant with my starter RF. Essences were scarce, harvest was gutted and drops were low. Joined a league private, pretty much ssf, trying elementalist. It feels really bad in terms of defense, what can I do for make it more tanky? or is just elementalist a low defense ascendancy?
