PoE League Starter, Bossing builds with custom stat filters

DISCLAIMER: I have not actually played this build in any way yet and 3.18 is when I'll possibly try it, so it could have periods of build progress where its shit before it becomes good, or just be shit forever. Hello all, My friends have been asking for my skelly mage build from 3.17 and I thought I'd share it here, there are a few differences/additions from what I've seen on other builds. It's extremely tanky. Custom mods are from an AG setup. This was a highly optimized character that I spent 2 months building, so the gear is expensive. But it gives you an idea of what to aim for. Hey there. I wanted to present the build I want to run this league. Disclaimer: It's not a league starter, I will start as PF PC and switch toward it once I get everything needed. Recently I've swapped into Occultist, hence a few things have changed. 1. Blackflame - Enemies ignited take chaos damage 2.
