PoE Chains of Command builds without Ancient Skull

I was taking a look at the new skill gem Pyroclast Mine of Sabotage and thinking of ways to utilise that huge flat added fire damage from the mine aura. I felt that Baron could be used quite well in a build where Pillar of the Caged god gets animated via chains of command, so I did a relatively quick experiment leveling up a champion to see if it would actually work. the idea here is to have a full army of animated minions, getting layers of % of phys damage as extra cold, and then converting the phys damage of minions into cold in order to abuse hatred's more cold damage buff. Dps seems fine enought, but the problem seems to be gathering the animated weapon army on boss fights, as you need to raise lingering blades first, so that they raise animated guardian's weapon on hit.
