Path of Building: https://pastebin.com/iUeLhMuj
I first played a Chains of Command build a few leagues ago and really enjoyed it. Back then I went with a crit staff setup because power charges still facilitated minion crit. Voidforge isn't a new concept with Chains of Command, but I decided to go back to this type of build with the massive buff to Voidforge.
The animate guardian's weapon skill provided by chains of command gives a large amount of flat physical damage and it is also easy to stack quite a lot of flat physical damage to minions on some abyss jewels. This allows us to hit uber-viable levels of DPS with animated voidforge copies.
For defenses, I went with Chaos Innoculation and stacked approximately 40k armor with max block/spellblock and Aegis. Block caps are reached by using a Sanctified Relic to save several points to Glancing Blows, using bone offering, and using tempest shield.
The build is essentially a one button mapper, all you have to do is shield charge around after popping a few worm flasks to start the map. Then we have a mark, a curse, and an archdemon crown with purifying flame to apply exposure on big single targets.
For the last few days, I've been doing a sanctum blasting strat pingponging between coves and atoll. I can do about one sanctum per hour and it's been really fun. Hope y'all enjoy.
