Rallying Cry - Chains of Command. Cheap but too many buttons - Path of Exile (3.17 Archnemesis)

Using Rallying Cry to give part of your weapon damage to your minions. It has good scaling, but this also has lots of conditional things that need to be refreshed every 10 seconds for maximum damage. Good clearing and cheap to make at the start of the league, but wouldn't go end game bossing with it.

Body: Inpulsa's Broken Heart for explosions or Doppelganger Guise for tankiness. Legacy of Fury boots for scorch or shield Dawnbreaker for scorch. Otherwise brittle ground boots and some shield, could be Replica Victario's Charity shield for endurance charges.
