Poison Bino's Kitchen Knife - Chains of Command. Path of Exile (3.20 Sanctum)

Cheap and easy way to build poison minions using Chains of Command and Qotra's Regulator shield to give minions big DoT multiplier. It does limit player's defenses but it is overall pretty nice mapping build that can farm T16 guardians, however Chains of Command in general is not pleasant for big bosses with multiple phases. This is pretty bad for Sanctum runs as well.
