PoE League Starter, SSF, Projectile builds

Explosive Arrow: Now has "Explosion deals 5% more Damage with Hits and Ailments per Explosive Arrow on Target" (previously just Hits). Change Hydrosphere to have a one second cooldown before it can be hit again. This maintains the ailment mechanic on Hydrosphere to still allow for some special skill interactions but is no longer such a significant single target damage multiplier for so many skills. Hi, a little showcase of me dying to Sirus 8 :) but you can see the dps coming through, if only Sirus didn't blink every second it would've been cleaner and faster but oh well. here's PoB if anyone is curious, it was my league starter, the gems are not even max level and the gear is really bad, one could say its SSF since I play trade league but didnt trade with anyone:
