Lightning Strike Raider Sneak Peak - POE 3.16 Scourge

FULL GUIDE should be out 19/10/2021. The footage is when the character is geared up but I did league start with this last league. I also did an SSF run which is on the channel where I hit T16 maps in 24 hours, so it is 100% League Start Viable. https://youtu.be/45_C-SwBJEI

POB now includes budget and red map gear sets

EDIT: looks like evasion formula and some masteries are not updated in POB so our chance to evade should be way higher than 75%.

The Gear in the POB is 100% achievable as it is just gear I imported from my Expedition character which I geared within the first 2-3 weeks of the league. You will not need gear this good to just farm the Atlas and kill Sirus this is just a template of what to aim for.

This build is also defence focused so loses a bit of DPS from the 3.15 version. You could go full glass cannon and drop all the block nodes and add some cluster jewels for fun!

I also think a few scourged items will claw back a lot of the damage or make us even more tanky :)

I am posting this stuff as still have a ton of work to do on the video guide for this build and I also want to release a video with my planned farming strategies for the first few days.

This is all whilst working and doing IRL stuff, so cannot guarantee it will all be out before League Start and do not want to leave anyone stuck without a guide
