PoE Barrage builds

This is my take on omni LA deadeye, spent quite some time fiddling around with everything to get it here, mana fine tuning was a pita. Ive done wave 30 sims, all ubers, its all content viable. The entry budget is there is no budget, its not for the feint of heart. Still plenty of improvements i could do but even small upgrades are expensive to the extreme now. This is about as finished as ill get it. Boots could do with a change but im unsure what to go with, only ideas ive got are elevated shaper ailments, elevated tailwind boots. + something maybe bleed, poiso

Again with all my off-meta builds for now, I am prefacing this by stating my builds are extreme low budget and low time investment. I am old and no longer able to no-life PoE anymore. Me and a buddy (who is new at PoE) wanted to play a Duo-syncing build and he also is daunted by the skill tree, so he wanted me to create both of our builds. Which is what I did. He only gave me a few requirements and I tried to hit them: Good visual clarity. We did a duo flameblast build last season and he said he couldn't see shit. Bow build. He wanted the character to be a bow build, simply. B

Had an idea for a tornado shot impale champion that uses steelworm alongside perseverance to scale defences. Getting damage on the build is the tricky part, has anybody played any impale builds and have some ideas on how this can be improved?

This build is a Jugg that utilize precise technique together with the lightning damage mastery that makes your non-crit lightning damage lucky. This results in some serious damage that I think is the only way to have precise technique core to a build. The skill I chose was siege ballista since it is easy to scale since there are good totem nodes on the pathing to the lightning mastery with arcing blows. I only put on some shit gear to have as a template. What do you think? PoB:
