Just wanted to share my build from the event because I was pretty proud of and surprised by the result.
Level 95: https://pobb.in/g0HW1Es_mq4r
Short video of harbinger map clear: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fPMZM6CRXs4
- Offenses: ~3m shaper dps (barrage + totem). This of course means you're standing still attacking and your barrages are all hitting 24/7 which is not the case. Realistically the build still isn't great at bosses, but I did take down exarch and eater multiple times with no issues (aside from dying to ball phase on exarch :))
The main thing I'd like to emphasize in this post is just how strong Precise Technique is. I didn't expect to get into red maps with this keystone let alone farming juiced deli T16s with mayhem mods, but it worked well.
I never ended up crafting or dropping a good crit bow and I didn't get a lioneye's fall, so I just stayed with PT. I tested the crit swap in POB using an equivalent Spine Bow with crafted crit, switching the gems around, etc, and it only puts me at like 3.4M dps if I went crit instead of PT. Now of course crit opens up more scaling opportunities but in this short event PT seemed to be simpler for me.
Grace, 100% suppress, 75% chaos res, 76% evade chance no flasks. Leech, LGOH, movespeed. Definitely not a "tanky" character but you would be surprised at its survivability.
Just finished up the league at level 95.
Leveling was incredibly smooth because I dropped a Roth's Reach in Act 2, crafted a Hyrris Bite quiver with the vendor recipe, and dropped a prismweave in like Act 3. Leveled with Galvanic Arrow til Act 9 when I switched to LA. In juiced reds (running 20 harbs or 20 strongboxes every map, using deli orbs when I could) I would die occasionally, maybe once every 10-15 maps. 90% of my deaths were from phys hits from rogue exiles (mayhem mod 20 rogue exiles, or exiles from strongboxes). You could drop your damage aura (Anger) to lose 10% dps and use Determ instead; I never actually tried it but I'm sure this would prevent the one shots to rogue exiles.
My bow is slightly unethical (prefixes from Rog, exalt slammed T1 attack speed after I hit 95 and quit the league lol) but the build worked just as well prior to having this bow. I upgraded my bow 3 or 4 times between 90 and 95, going from like 500 edps -> 600 edps -> 800edps etc and didn't notice much of a difference each time. Was clearing the same content with the same ease on the 600edps bow as the 800.
The rest of the gear is mostly ethical. I generally prioritized dmg/speed rather than survivability (e.g. the helmet).
Happy to discuss the build or answer any questions :)
